Todays Workout - Sandbag Strength

5 Sandbag Power Cleans, 5 Sandbag Jerks, 5 Sandbag Back Squats. Rest for 2-3 minutes and repeat for a total of 5 rounds.

Aim to lift the maximum possible weight.

Record your weight.
